Horrible service, horrible, I have never seen such bad service from this place.

Terrible. To be attended, I have to arrive at 7 am and wait in line until 9 am to receive a ticket. Dai cancels all commitments and spends the rest of the day there and still does not resolve. Not to mention crowding.

The service area itself, the counters, greatly harms the bank, as in addition to the absurd delay in getting to the table for your service, the counter attendants are unfriendly, rude, audacious with regards to responses, and are not always available. everyone to attend. There is the possibility of having one or two lucky exceptions for whoever gets them as an attendant. Reception issue, the attendants are good, I can highlight a very attentive, kind, friendly and smiling girl, she is not always at the information desk, as she may be helping or trying to help a customer who is waiting for service, this is a great person! Caixa has good operators/attendants, they are fast, apparently good as professionals and people, there is even a very helpful and kind guy. Reception/Information Desk and Cashiers. Great! Service counter/tables. Terrible!

I was well taken care of. The Bank's staff does everything in their power to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied.
